Born on the streets of Kolkata, the Kathi Roll pairs grilled kebabs with warm paratha—an Indian original made for people on the move.
Rooted in a tradition dating to around 1932, its name comes from the bamboo kati skewers once used to cook the kebabs. Baap Of Rolls brings this fast, fresh, flavour-packed Indian wrap—also known as the Kati Roll—to global audiences through a consistent QSR experience, familiar to the Indian diaspora and exciting to new customers discovering Indian flavour.
